John attended Texas A&M University while working in the customer support division of a management software company in the Brazos Valley. John’s excellent communication skills and customer service abilities led him to reach the level of trainer and supervisor just before making a career change into the insurance industry.
John received his General Lines License and brought his leadership and communication skills to the Service Insurance Group in 2014.
John is a customer service representative on the Hurt & Griffin teams, working with existing customers and ensuring their needs are being promptly met.
He is a native of Houston but grew up in the Deanville/Dimebox/Lee County Texas area and currently resides in Bryan-College Station.
