The Fischer Insurance Agency was founded in 2000, was acquired by Service Insurance Group, Inc. in 2012 and sold to Allison Horn in May 2019. Fischer Insurance Agency, now being operated my Ms. Horn, is located in Wake Village TX and services the Texas and Arkansas area with a primary focus on Bowie, Cass, Red River, Franklin, Titus, Camp, Morris, Lipshur, Harrison, and Morris counties including the cities of Texarkana, Magnolia, Hope, Nashville, Ashdown, Clarksville, and Mt. Pleasant.
