Broad General Liability coverage provided by admitted, Texas-based insurers
Limits up to $2,000,000 on primary policy
Excess Limits available over underlying on Separate policy
Pricing – Exclusive rates for members of Texas Association of Builders
Discounts – Provided when TAB endorsed subcontractor contracts and home buyer warranties are utilized
